Service Contents

During the warranty period, if one of the following problems occurs, it does not belong to the scope of free maintenance:

• Guaranteed repar, replacement and retur senices are implemented forthe products sold. During the waranty period,if there are any problems caused bythe manfactuling quaitof the products, we willactively assist the customer to solve the problems, so as to ensure the timely operation of the products and minimize the loss.
• Before orderng, we wlprovide customers with general product description inflormation: manua,quolation, parameter sheet,relevant quaficaion certifcate,etc, so that customers can fully understand the characteristics of our products.
• After signing the technicalagreement, provide the customer with the general assembly drawing,reference nameplate drawing,type test report,transformer instalation, operationand debugging and allacessories ofthe description,data, drawings,transformer basic technical requrements,etc. Stictly implementhe techmical conditions stipulated in thecontract, to provide customers with new, technologically advanced, mature and reliable transformer products.
• Our ransfomer ouarantes that al processes, accessones and experiments in the reproduc manutaturing procss are in line with the naionalstandards. Take overall qualtesponsiblity for the supplied products, including accessories, outsourced parts, purchased components and various accessories.

• After the transformer arrives at the site, please check with the same day whether there are the following problems:

  Oil transformer:

  • There are cracks in the bushing
  • The conductive rod is deformed
  • The heat sink is deformed and damaged
  • Oil leakage/seepage

  Dry Transformer:

  • The terminal is deformed and cannot be used
  • The fan is damaged
  • The fan wiring is loose, dropped or lost
  • The temperature controller is damaged
  • The casing is damaged and deformed

  Specal Transformers (Phase shift /Converter tranformer):

  • The coil is damaged
  • Any foreign matter in the coil
  • The bolts / fasteners get loose
  • The airduct / windshield get damaged
  • The fan is damaged
  • The temperature control instrument is damaged

  lf any of the above problems occur, please contact us in time and provide us with detalled photos and videos.

  if there is a serous problem in the appearance of the product, such obvous colslon,extinuslon and defomaton of the transfommer body, 2teec wilarange technilcal personnel todirecty contact the ustomer to sove the problem within 24 hours,and give a repy within a week;ifitneeds to be replacad or repar, we wil contactyou athe frstime to retum tcremanufacture or repair.

• During the installation and use of the transformer, please strictly follow the installation and operation instructions provided by our company for installation, operation and maintenance.
• The waranty perod ofour ransformer is 12 months (from the date of deiveny), and customers need to complete the on-ste test and debugging within two months alter reclre theproduct. Duing the commisloning perlod, our company's techniclans are responsble for making deltaled explanaions of technical documents and drawings within the prolessionascone throuah online or telenhone, and answering and solving the yarious issues related to translormers ralsed by users
• During the warranty period, if there is a failure or other problems affecting the use of the transformer during normal use. ZTelec will immediately repair the goods and replace the parts free of charge(The technical personnel will provide detailed technical guidance online at first).
