The production culture is important to ZTELEC.

In 2019, ZTELEC launched the Lean Project, or Lean Manufacturing, which aims to simplify work and optimize workspaces, thereby helping to solve problems more efficiently.

In May 2020, ZTELEC GROUP became a member of the local "Labour productivity and employment support". The move also aims to optimise production processes - they will become faster, easier and cheaper. Next, optimization will affect other areas: cost management, personnel management, logistics, equipment maintenance.
